Dr. Brian Shafer is a dual fellowship trained cornea and glaucoma surgeon with expertise in advanced cataract surgery. A skilled, patient focused surgeon, he has innovated in cataract surgery technology, corneal transplants, glaucoma drug delivery and LASIK.

Dr. Kourtney Houser specializes in corneal transplant surgery, cataract surgery with advanced technology lenses, intraocular lens complications, and refractive surgery such as LASIK and PRK.

Dr. I. Paul Singh, President of The Eye Centers of Racine & Kenosha, founded by his father. A cataract, refractive surgeon and glaucoma specialist, Dr Singh is recognized as a pioneer in ophthalmology, leading in world class technology and cutting-edge procedures, including MIPS and laser assisted cataract surgery. Recently recognized by The Ophthalmologist as one of the top surgeons in the 2024 Power List.

Dr. Wiley has pioneered many eye procedures in Northeast Ohio. He participates in numerous clinical research studies, has performed over 50,000 cataract and refractive surgeries, and serves as Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at University Hospitals/Case Western University. 

Residency: Rush Presbyterian St Luke’s Hospital Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Blake Williamson is a cataract and refractive surgeon carrying on his family’s nearly 70-year legacy of eye care in Louisiana. A nationally recognized expert, he specializes in advanced cataract surgery, laser vision correction, and MIGS, pioneering several surgical firsts in the state.

Rajen Desai MD is a board certified cataract and glaucoma surgeon with Precision Eye Partners in New Jersey. Dr. Desai served as 2nd Lieutenant and pilot in the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol. He earned his MD from Stanford Medical School, followed by residency and a Heed Foundation Fellowship in glaucoma from Northwestern. Given that most glaucoma patients are not ideal candidates for EDOF or MFIOLs, Dr. Desai has become very experienced producing high contrast, glare-free spectacle free vision using the RayOne EMV. Using certain pearls of biometries and titrating no more than -0.6D offset mini-monovision, over 95% of his RayOne EMV patients are free of spectacles for driving and 18" cell phone usage. Passionate about producing excellent surgical outcomes, and teaching others, Dr. Desai received the 2011 Best Teacher of Medical Students Award and the Society of Heed Fellows Award.

Dr. Goldman previously served as Assistant Professor of Clinical Ophthalmology at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, where he became the highest-volume surgeon within his first year of employment. He is a well-known and respected national ophthalmologist KOL.

Kelly Harpin is an AAO certified Ophthalmic coding specialist, Kelly expertly manages billing across both the ophthalmology practice and ASC, including insurance verification and claims, patient billing and counseling.

Heather Hilgendorf-Cooley, MBA, CASC is an expert in payer contract establishment and negotiation, Heather directs, monitors and evaluates all ASC activities to ensure quality medical care and patient experience.

Dr. Nathan Radcliffe is a nationally recognized glaucoma specialist and MIGS innovator, known for his leadership in microincisional surgical techniques and commitment to advancing the field through education and research. Practicing at New York Eye Surgery Center, he offers the full spectrum of FDA-approved glaucoma procedures and has trained thousands of ophthalmologists across the U.S. and internationally.

Dominic Batt is Rayner’s IOL Director for North America with over a decade spent bringing advanced technology optics into the Americas. Dom has introduced the RayOne portfolio into 20 markets, including the UK, USA, Canada, and Brazil. Dom holds a Master of Business from Oxford University. His role focuses on clinician education to enhance lens selections and patient outcomes, and on practice development and the integration of new refractive tools to drive innovation in the field.
